Fully paid-up Shares —To be paid in one sum. Subscription Shares—Monthly subscription, 2s 6d. THE Provisional Directors are of opinion that the continued prosperity and rapid growth of this Provisional District affords ample room for the operations of another Building Society in addition to those already established, which have met with such great success, and the youngest of which has now been in operation for five years;, whilst the last of the terminating societies will soon expire. In the constitution of this Society several new and important features have been incoi - porated which will commend themselves to investors and borrowers generally. Fu'ly paid-up shares will be issued, on which interest at the rate of 7 i per cent, per annum will be payable half yearly, and in addition, they will receive an equitable share of the profits after each investigation of the society’s affairs. Subscription shares will reach their ultimate value in about one half the time provided for by other societies. This advantage will recommend itself to those who have hesitated to undertake the responsibility of making monthly payments for so long a period as nine or ten years. Loans will be granted for periods of from one to twelve years, and every facility will be given for the conversion, at any time, of subscription into fully paid up shar< s without cost to shareholders. The value of the shares having been fixed at £lO, and the other advantages offered, will undoubtedly have the effect of icudciing the society’s shares readily saleable in the open market, and also of making them peem liarly advantageous to borrowers. All shares will, however, be withdrawable at a month’s notice. Shareholders may enter at any time without payment of back subscriptions. Copies of full prospectus and rules can now be obtained at the offices. 7558
