THE Provisional Directors are of opinion that the continued prosperity and rapid growth of this Provisional District affords ample room for the operations of another Building Society in addition to those already established, which have met with such great success, and the youngest of which has now been in operation for five years, whilst the last of the terminating societies will soon expire. In the constitution of this Society several new and important features have been incorporated which will commend themselves to investors and borrowers generally Fu'ly paid-up shares will be issued, on which interest at the rate of 7s por cent, per annum will be payable half yearly, and in addition, they will receive an equitable share of the profits after each investigation the society’s affairs. *y u Ascription ah,ares will reach their ultiin about .one-half the time provided for i y SuSZIS; the making monthly payments for tperiod as nine or ten years.
