With power to add to their number. The object of the above Company is to construct and work tramways within the Province of Canterbury. The Provisional Directors are in communication with the City Council, Sydenham Municipality, and Avon Road Board, with a view to arranging the terms on which Tramways may be construced within their bounds. So soon as these terms can be adjusted, the Provisional Directors will issue a detailed Prospectus, and offer shares to the public.
