Androklos, barque, 400 tons, Vogt, for Newcastle, in ballast. Edwards, Bennett and. Co., agents. The s.s. Alhambra, Captain Mnir, arrived at 9.30 this morning. She sails North this afternoon. The barque Ansdell, with timber for Messrs Hawkins and Co., arrived from Newcastle at 10 p.m. yesterday. The Lorinda Borstel, with a cargo of Yankee notions for this port and Wellington, is now daily expected by Messrs C. W. Turner and Co, from New York, being more than 100 days out. Captain W. M. Whitburn, late of the Eingarooma, was a passngeer per s.s. Northumberland, which left Melbourne on the 12th inst. He goes home to take command of a large steamer. _ The screw steamship Cuzco, of the Pacific S.N. Co.'s fleet, took her departure for London from Melbourne on the 18th instant. She proceeds hence to Adelaide, where she will fill up with wool the little cargo space which has been left, and complete her tale of passengers, and then steam straight away for Suez, her route being through the Canal. She takes home about 250 passengers, between sixty and seventy of whom are in the saloon. She has also a full cargo of wool and other colonial products, and gold has been shipped by her to the value of nearly £200,000. The ketch Colleen Bawn, bound from Port Stephens to Sydney, has been missing since the 4th instant, and it is feared that she is lost, with her crew. The steamships Kent and Somersetshire will on the next voyage to London return via the Suez Canal. SHIPPING TELEGEAMS. Auckland, December 27. The Hero and Eotorna sail for Sydney to-morrow.
