By an explosion at a factory in New York seventy persons were killed, and thirty wounded. Count Vagn has been appointed French Ambassador in London. AUSTRALIAN. Melbourne, Monday. It is rumored that the members of the Council and the Oppositionists in the Assembly intend not to draw any honorarium from the date of rejecting the Appropriation Bill.
