[By Telegeaph.] DR. HENRY AT WESTPORT. Westtobt, December 22. Dr. Henry, member for the Buller district, addressed the electors here last evening. He said that he entered the House an avowed Abolitionist, and had consistently supported the late Ministry. He saw no reason yet to swerve in his allegiance. As to Sir George Grey, while having every respect for him personally, ho had no confidence in him as Premier. A vote of confidence in Dr. Henry was passed, there being only two dissentients.
