[By Tbleq-eaph.] Dunedin, December 21. The meeting to present an address to Mr Macandrew, Mr Larnach, and other Otago representatives, which was fixed for Monday evening, has been postponed till after the holidays, to suit the convenience of some of the representatives. Auckland, December 21. Mr Rowe, M.H.R., denies that he has formally given in his ahhesion to Sir George Grey. He says he merely paid the Premier a visit of courtesy. He will give a qualified support. The Premier will visit the Thames, and address his constituency, on his return from Kawau. He will then go to Wellington, calling in at Tauranga and Gisborne.
