♦ Mr E. W. Eoper reports on his sale 15th December :—Horses—Nineteen entries; draught mare, £2B; draught horses, old, good plough, £6los to £6 10s; useful hack, £ls 10s; several useful saddle and harness horses were not sold, as owner's values could not be obtained. Cattle—Twenty-one bead yarded; calves, lis to 255; milch cows, good, £lO 15s to £l2 ; do., old, £5 15s to £6 5s ; young Stock, eighteen months, £5 5s to £5 10s. Pigs— Fifty-nine yarded; small stores, 4s 6d to 7s; stores, 9b 6d to 12s 6d; large stores, 12s to 16s. PoultryMarket largely supplied. Fowls, 2s 6d to 4s 3d per pair; ducks, 3s 9d to 5s 6d per pair ; gee6e, 5s to 10s 6d per pair ;■ hen turkeys, 9s 6d to 28b per pair; cock turkeys, 9s to 15s each. In-door sales—Produce, he., fetched good prices.
