West Coast Mails. —The “West Coast Times ” considers that Messrs Cassidy and Clarke deserve the greatest credit for tho manner in which, during the last ten days, they have performed the mail service, for though it has been impossible to arrive to the exact time once a week, there has never been a post missed. There are several parts of the road completely destroyed, and communication has been rendered exceedingly difficult in consequence. To add to the trouble Mr O’Conor is away now, and his absence will in a great degree retard necessary repairs being effected.
