PARLIAMENTARY INCIDENTS.
[FROM the cob respondent of the TEESS. ] Wellington, December 2.
To-morrow will begin the final struggle of the session. Nearly all the work is done except the Waste Lands Sale, Financial Arrangements, New Zealand Stock, and New Zealand Loan Bills. It is said that the last will probably be thrown out in the Upper House, where the Government is very weak. It is rumoured that Mr Bunny has withdraw n from the appointment of Commissioner of Railways, in consequence of the intention of the Upper House to put a clause in the Disqualification Act to keep him out. Yesterday afternoon was spent in debating whether the House would go on with the Government Bills, which were only then brought down. The Opposition required time to consider them, and, the Government giving way, there was no evening sitting.
