INTERPRO VINCI AL. [PEE PEESB AGENCY.] Wellington, November 23. The Sehiehallion has cleared for London with a cargo of colonial produce, chielly wool, valued at £36,143. Dunedin, November 2:i. The effects of the failing of the watersupply and the continued absence of rain are severely felt in the city and country. The suburban Councils have agreed to join the city in a water scheme, on certain conditions.
