POST OFFICE NOTICES.
Mails close at the Chief Post Office for the following places as under, subject to necessary alterations THUESDAY, November 1. For Otago, overland, at 6 a.m. For Wellington and Australian Colonies, per Wakatipu, at 1.50 p.m.; late letters, 2.10 p.m.; railway station, 2.30 p.m. train. For Kaikoura and Wellington, per Tui, at 4.45 p.m. The late letter-box, guard’s van, must not he used for Tui’s mails. FEIDAY, November 2. For Otago, overland, at 11 a.m. For Local mails and postal rates, see Guide No. 16. NEW POST OFFICES. On and after the Ist day of November the following Post Offices will be established: — Waimate Junction Eailway Station. Kirwee Bailway Station.
