CHRISTCHURCH. Tuesday, October 9. [Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M.] Drunkenness. Henry Wallis, charged with being drunk and disorderly, was fined 10s.
LYTTELTON. Tuesday, October 9. [Before W. Donald, Esq., R.M.] Indecency. —William Ody, for this offence, was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment with hard labour.
