The N.Z.S. Co's ship Waitangi, Captain Hodder, arrived yesterday at midnight, and anchored off Diamond Harbor. The vessel was cleared this morning, and her passengers will be landed to-day. She has made a very good passage, having left Plymouth on the night of the 12th July, and arrived here on the night of October 3rd; the whole run has been eighty-three days. She took her departure from the Lizard ou the 1 Ith July, and made the Snares early on September 30th, the voyage from land to land having thus occupied seventyeight days.
