The revenue collected at the Customs on Monday amounted to £5Ol lis id. The following were the items : Wine and spirits, £271 8s lid ; cigaru, JL'37 Is lid; tobacco, £3l 10s Od; tea, £ll3 19s 0d; sugar, £B9 bis 3d; currants, £9 0s Id; drapery, £l7 12s 0d; timber, £4 10s 3d; stationery and fancy goods, £4 4s Od ; sundries, £l2 5s sd. \t the sitting of the Waste Lands Board on Monday, 10.201 acres were disposed of. realising £20,528. The land was situated as follows: AVuimatc. 5050 acres; Ashbnrtou. 310 acres; Selwyn, 442-1 acres; G-traldiue, 40 acres; Ashley, 122 acres : Akaroa, 31S acres.
