Mclntosh and Symonds, to Mr G. H. Moore, of Glenmark, for 220 guineas ; Lord Lome, the property of Mr C. P. Chohnondelcy, was bought by Air John Lock for 75 guineas; Nutmeg, the property of Mr P. C. Threlkeld, by Air T. Hassall for 31 guineas ; and AFeedon’s Larrikin, the property of Air S. Lindsey, fell to Mr John Graham at 21 guineas. Of the others. Topsman, the property of Air W. Boag, was withdrawn at 24 guineas ; Black Duke, lire property of Mr P. Fawcett, withdrawn at 115 guineas; AVrangler, the property of Air W. C. Webb, withdrawn at 270 guineas. Young Glen Roy, the property of Air Janies Gatherer, withdrawn at 140 guineas. A Royal Conqueror colt, property of Air W. C. Webb, withdrawn at 65 guineas. Aloteor, the property of Air G. Weston, withdrawn at 145 guineas. The Earl of Essex, the property of Messrs Bruce and Coe, withdrawn at 280 guineas. King of the South, the property of Air G. F. White, withdrawn at 85 guineas. Young Pacific, the property of Air Joel Reed, withdrawn at 240 guineas. Sir W. Wallace, the property of Air R. Wilkin, withdrawn at 240 guineas. A bay colt, by Alajor,tne property of Mr Lord, withdrawn at 65 guineas. Young Scott, the property of Mr Amyes, withdrawn at 65 guineas. Clydesdale Hero, the property of Air G. Franks, withdrawn at 360 guineas. There was also a magnificent show of draught mares and geldings belonging respectively to Alessrs D. Mitchell, of Otago, Air James Stark, and Air E. Dixon a number of which passed hands at from 65 to 70 guineas.
