PARLIAMENTARY INCIDENTS.
THE NEW OPPOSITION,
[from the correspondent of the press.] Wellington, September 23. It was rumored in the town yesterday that Mr Rolleston had definitely accepted the leadership of the new Opposition, and that Mr Larnach would move a vote of want of confidence on the House going into Committee of Supply. They count on Mr Kennedy and Mr Fisher being disqualified, thus giving them a majority. The names of the new Ministry are already being canvassed- Mr Curtis and Mr Rallance are mentioned in addition to those I have spoken of already as being leaders of the f arty',
