LYTTELTON. Friday, September 21. (Before H. Allwright, Esq., J.P.) False Pretences.—William James Falloon was charged with obtaining goods from T. Yates, Christchurch, by false pretences. On the application of the plolice accused was remanded to Christchurch, to appear there at ten on the 22nd insfc.
