[Special Cable Message to the "Evening Abgtts."] The Servians Entered Bulgaria. The Fighting at Plevna. Asiatic Campaign Closed. London, September 10. A telegram has just been published, stating that the Servians have entered Bulgaria. The lighting at Plevna, which has been going ou for a week, still continues. It is mostly confined to artillery. The campaign in Asia is virtually at an end. General Louis Melikoff is at Alexandrople, and no further hostilities will be possible before winter cloeea in, and precludes lighting. [FEB PBEBS AGENCY,] Wellington, September 14. ]So confirmation has be<m received here yet of the report of Plevna haying fallen.
