The revenue collected at the Customs on Monday amounted to £325 11s 3d. The following were the items Wine and spirits, £133 (is 2d; tobacco, £2B 2s 6d; tea, £49 7s (id; sugar, £ll3 Cs 7d; sundries, £1 8s 6d. At the sitting of the Waste Lauds Board on Monday 3782 acres, 2 roods, 28 perches were disposed of, realising £7565 7s. The land was situated ns follows ; Ashley, 340 acres; Selwyu, 623 acres 2 roods 28 perches; Akaroa, 183 acres; Ashburtou, 2380 acres; Geraldine, 136 acres; Waimate, 120 acres.
