The revenue collected at the Customs on Wednesday amounted to £268 2s lid. The following were the items :—Wine and spirits, £163 7s sd; tobacco, £SO 17s ; tea, £26 12s 6d; sago, £l2 5s 9d; boots, £4 18s; jewellery, £7 8s; stationery and fancy goods, £ll4s; sundries, £1 Os 3d. COMMERCIAL TELEGRAMS. Dunedin, August 30. Tho following are the quotations for to-day:— Fat stock, beef, 27s 6d per 100 pounds; mutton, 255; wheat, no transactions, and prices remain unaltered; oats, 3s 4d to 3s 8d; barley, 3s 3d to 3s 6d. Shares —Bank of New Zealand, £22 10s; Colonial Bank, £2 3s ; National Insurance, 32s 6d ; Standard, 19s; South British, £4; New Zealand Insurance, £4 12s 6d; Union, 5s premium. Wellington, August 30. Flour, 18s to 18s lOd; oats, 4s to 4s 3d; bran, Is ; wheat, 4s 6d ; hams, 9Jd; bacon, Bid; cheese, 7d; potatoes, £3; pollard, 7s 6d; maize, 4s 6d. Auckland, August 30.
