POST-OFFICE NOTICES.

Friday, July 27. For Otago, per Hawea, at 11 a.m. ; late lettors, 11.20 a.m. ; railway station, 12.10 p.m. train. For Kaikoura and Wellington, per Tui, at 4.45 p.m. Late letter box in guard's van must not be used for Tui's mails. Saturday, July 28. Mails per Rotorua will close as under : For the United Kingdom via San Francisco, Northern Ports of New Zealand, Sydney, Brisbane, America, Canada, Honolulu, Continent of Europe, &c, at 1 p.m. ; late letters, 1.20 p.m. Money orders, registered letters, book packets,' and newspapers for Rotorua's mails, at n on. Late letters for per Rotorua can be posted in the guard's van, Christchurch railway station, up to 2.30 p.m. train, provided such letters bear, in addition to the full postage, a further single rate of postage as a late fee.
