The Perjury Case.
Nelson, July 19
Harvey and Charles Turner, suburban north, have been each sentenced to twelve months' for perjury. William Harvey was remanded to the next sitting of the District Court.

An affray occurred to-day in Shortland street between two of the "chosen people," who have recently found themselves companions in affliction.
