Quiver, ketch, Smith, for Le Bon's Bay. As expected the new railway regulations prove utterly unworkable. At 2 p.m. yesterday the railway had to stop the discharge of the two English vessels (the Wanganui aud William Davie) at the Gladstone Pier, as Christchurch was completely blocked up. The former vessel has been working night and day to ensure despatch. The intercolonial vessels and coasters were allowed to proceed with their discharge. We understand that the Eaglish vessels will not resume discharging till to-night. CLEARANCE OF THE LURLINE. Messrs Turner and Co.'s barque Lurline cleared for London yesterday with a full cargo.
