Friday, July 6. [Before W. Donald, Esq., R.M.] Drunkenness.— John Mclntyre, arrested by Constable Devine, and John Walsh, _ arrested by Constable Bullen, were each fined 10s. Absent Without Leave— John McAllister, cook, belonging to the ship Otago, was charged by Captain Peebles with this offence, and sentenced to one week's imprisonment.
