(Before W. Donald, Esq., E.M., and J. T. Eouse, Esq., J.P.) Civil Case.— Graham v. Green ; claim, £lO 17s sd. Mr. H. N. Nalder for plaintiff. Defendant filed a set-off of £5 7s. Judgment for plaintiff for full amount. Costs, 20s; solicitor’s fee, £2 2s.
