Monday, July 2nd, 1877. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.] The quarterly session of the Supreme Court will commence on Monday next, at 10 a.m. The following is the CALENDAR. Regina v Peter Christie—Breaking into and stealing from a dwelling. Regina v Wm. Douglas and John Wilson— Larceny, and receiving stolen property. Regina v James Reese —Uttering counterfeit coin. Regina v Alexander and Robert Skeyne— Sheep-stealing. Regina v Anthony Ferrick—Larceny of avaluable security. Regina v Elizabeth Bryant alias O’Brien— Obtaining goods under false pretences. Regina v Margaret Henderson—Perjury. Regina v Elizabeth Adams—Perjury. Regina v George Woods—Rape.
