Evacuation of Tultclia. Suez Canal not to he Protected. Singapore, June 26. Tultclia, near the mouth of the Danube, lias been evacuated by the Turks, who have retreated in good order to Pirsora (? Hirsova). The English Ministry, relying on the assurance of Russia, do not contemplate protecting the Suez Canal. There lias been severe fighting at Delibata, and the Russians have fallen back on Zeadakim. The Crisis in France. An amendment lias been moved in the French Senate that a dissolution take place in three months. Hew Governor of Sonth Australia. Singapore, June 27. It is reported that Sir W. Jervois replaces Mr Cairns as Governor of South Australia. INTERPROYINCIAL. Wellington, Juno 28. The Tongariro, from Wanganui, sails for Lyttelton at 1 p.m.; and the Hawea, for Lyttelton, at 4.30 p.m. Passengers —Miss McKay, Mrs J. Bidmead, Messrs Turnoschoir and Legge, and Mrs A. J. Smyth. Bluff, June 28. The Ringarooma arrived last night. She left Melbourne at 1.45 p.m. on the 23rd, experienced moderate westerly winds and weather; made the passage in four days two hours. Passengers, for Lyttelton—Messrs Westell, Allan, Mr and Miss Mcllraith, and one in steerage. She also brings sixty tons cargo for Lyttelton. [from our own correspondent.] Dunedin, June 28.
