SUPREME COURT.

SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Tuesday, June 19. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at U a.m. GEE V. MOORE. On the application of Mr Wynn Williams, for defendant, a special jury was granted herein, RE THOMAS ANDREWOn the motion of Mr Bamford, for Mr Jameson, his Honor made an order for payment of costs out of the estate. RE JAMES Q. WALKER AND W. H. MILLER. Mr Slater applied in these cases for orders of discharge of the debtors. His Honor made the orders as prayed. RE DAVID LILLEY, In this case a similar order of discharge was made on application of Mr Bamford. RE THOMAS WOQDEIELp. Mr Wynn Williams applied for an order for pavmcnt of costs out of pstafp. His Honor made the order, BARSONS AND ANOTHER V. TIMARU AND GLADSTONE BOARD OF WORKS. Mr George Harper applied for an order granting further time to defendants to plead. Mr Garrick appeared for the plaintiffs. His Honor made an order granting three weeks from 10th Juno to plaintiffs wherein to plead. LANE AND ANOTHER V. TIMARU AND GLADSTONE BOARD OF WORKS. In tlris case, on the application of Mr Geo. Harper, a similar order was, by consent, made herein. WILL OF ARTHUR F. NIXON, DECEASED. Mr Garrick applied for an order granting probate to Joseph F. Nixon, as executor named in the will. His Honor made the order.
