Adelphoi, barque, Gregory, for Sydney. Elizabeth, schooner, Goodman, for Tau-

ranga. Minnie, ketch, Dani, for Little Akaloa,

Owake, schooner, Arndt, for Greymoutli. Ringarooma, s.s, Whitburn, for Melbourne, via South. Jannett, ketch, McDonald, for Okain s Bay.

The Ringarooma, 8.8, arrived from "Wellington and Nelson at G. 20 this morning. She sails South to night.

The Owake has concluded the discharge of her inward cargo for this port, and will fill up for Grevmouth, to which place a portion of her original loading is consigned. The barque Isle of France was towed in Vy the p.s. Titan yesterday afternoon. She was moored at Gladstone Pier,' in the berth made vacant by the departure of the brigantine Flora.
