CHRISTOHUEOH. Friday, June 8. (Before C. Whitefoord, Esq., E.M.) DRUNKENNESS.—-Annie Murray was fined 10s, and two first offenders 5s each. Deserting his Children.—Charles Griesler was brought up on warrant, charged with having deserted his children at Oxford. On the application of Inspector Buckley, accused was remanded until the 20th instant, to appear at Oxford. Bail was allowed accused on his own recognizance, in the sum of £25. False Pretences. —J. E. Boulting, charged with obtaining goods by false pretences from T. Delaware, Durham street, was remanded for eight days. LYTTELTOX. Friday, June S. [Before Dr. Deumer, J.P.] Absent AVitiiout Leave. —Joseph Scales, a seaman belonging to the ship Piako, was sentenced to four days' imprisonmeut, with hard labour.
