Boulting, charged with obtaining goods by false pretences from T. Delaware, Durham street, was remanded for eight days. LYTTELTOX. Friday, June S. [Before Dr. Deumer, J.P.] Absent AVitiiout Leave. —Joseph Scales, a seaman belonging to the ship Piako, was sentenced to four days' imprisonmeut, with hard labour.
