For Northern provinces and Chatham Islands, per Hawea, at 3.10 p.m : late letters, 3.30 p.m. ; railway, 4 p.m. train. For Kaikoura and Wellington, per Tui, at 4.50 p.m.

For Wellington and Sydney, per Easby, Ist June.

Important. —On and after Ist June certain changes will be made in the despatch of local mails, particulars of which are posted on the notice board at the Chief Post Office.

Mails for the United Kingdom, via San Francisco and Suez, will close on Saturday, June 2nd.
