Phoebe, Captain Kennedy, sailed at 1 p.m. to-day. The Tararua, s.s., from Melbourne via South, arrived at 12.15 p.m. to-day. She sails for Melbourne via North on Monday. The Wellington arrived to-day, she sails for Port Chalmers this afternoon. The Island City arrived this morning. THE NELSON. We are happy to record the safe arrival of this vessel, as great anxiety has been felt regarding her for some weeks. Her long detention was caused by the succession of southerly gales.
