Dbtjnk and Disorderly. —James Rowan, arrested by constable Bullen, was fined 10s, or in default forty-eight hours’ imprisonment. Cn'iL Case. —Burt v. Nelson, claim £5 15s; Mr H. N. Nalder for plaintiff; judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed, Court fees 13s, solicitor’s fee 21s.
