The land sold bv the Waste Lands Hoard yesterday amounted'to '22!>-3 acres, realising ,£4591 17s 8d; situated in the following counties:—Ashley, 89 acres; Selwyn, 481 acres; Akaroa, 30 acres ; G-eraldine, 64 acres; Ashbm'ton, 871 acres; Waimate, 760 acres.
