The Customs revenue collected on Monday amounted to £4OB Os Id, as follows Spirits, £142 8s; vine, £63 (is: 1 icor, £ll 17s 6d;tca, £2O ; sugar, £96 19s 7d : tobacco, £29 10s ; drapery, £3118s; boots, £l7 4s; leggings, £2l Gs ; hardware, £2B 16s; grindery, £1 14s; rope, £2 4s ; sundries, £1 Gs.
The land sold by the Waste Lands Board on Monday amounted to 0240 acres, realising 815,480, situated in the following counties: —Ashley, 4408 acres; Selwyn. 134 acres; Akaroa, 82(5 acres; Ashburton, 1880 acres; Geraldine, 2169 acres; Waimatc, 282 acres.
The total quantity of land sold during the month of April was 43,859 acres 0 roods, 13 perches, realising -±.‘88,299 17s 3d.
