Tuesday, May 1. (Before W. Donald, Esq., E.M.) Lunacy from Drink. —Patrick Harnett and John Clark, who had been remanded from Christchurch for medical treatment, were discharged having recovered. Breach of Public House Ordinance. — Mary Ann Beverly was charged with keeping her licensed house open during prohibited hours, and also with supplying liquor to other than travellers. There being an error in the date in the information the case was withdrawn.
