NEW ZEALAND EXHIBITS AT THE PHILADELPHIA EXHIBITION.
The Agent-General has forwarded to the Colonial Secretary a letter from Colonel Sandford, enclosing an official list of the Now Zealand exhibitors at Philadelphia, to whom awards have been decreed. Colonel Sandford explains that he had not received either the judges' reports or diplomas for this colony, but that they would be forwarded to the Agent-General immediately on arrival, and that it was probable they would be in London in the course of February, though the medals were not expected until later. The Agent, in addressing the Colonial Secretary, hopes he may be allowed to express the gratification he feels at so many of the New Zealand exhibits being deemed worthy of awards.
