Court Practice. —ln a case in the Supreme Court, Wellington, in which the depositions forwarded by a country R.M. contained no description of the occupations of witnesses, Mr Justice Richmond remarked that it was exceedingly improper for magistrates to fail in this particular, and he (the Judge) should not tolerate such neglect.
