Rumours re Bismarck- - London, April 4. It has been rumoured that Prince Bismarck lias resigned his position of Chancellor of G-ermany, from over work. This is semiofficially denied. Prince Bismarck tendered his resignation, but the Emperor refused to accept it, but grants leave of absence. Turkey and the Protocol. The Porte treats the protocol as assailing her dignity.
