March 15—Hawea, s.s, 462 tons, Wheeler, for Dunedin. sailed] March 15—E. U. Cameron, schooner, 41 tons, Aschman, for Akaroa. March 15 -Antelope, cutter, 17 tons, Malcolmson, for Akaroa. March 15 - Hawea, s.s, 462 tons, Wheeler, for Dunedin. Passengers—saloon: Mesdames Hall and Brown. Steerage : Miss Hodgson, 5 boys, and 23 original. The s.s. Hawea sailed South this afternoon, shortly before two o’clock. THE S.S. GAZELLE. This vessel, which it will be remembered left here on the 9th lor the Auckland Islands, has been spoken bv HALS. Sapphire, and reported all well. The Sapphire visited the Auckland I-lands, and on March Bth spoke ttie Gazelle lying in a harbor called Sarah’s Hosora, on the’eastern side of these islands. The (Gazelle intended to proceed to the cave in widen the General Grant was wrecked that day, the weather being suitable. Capt McUlatchie Is expecting to receive further news to-day, as letters were forwarded by the Sapphire. All were well on board.
