«. Saturday, March 10. For Akaroa and Southern Ports, per Wellington, at 11.25 a.m ; late letteis, 11.45 a.m; railway station, 12.25 p.m train. Monday, March 12. Mails per Arawata wilt close as under : For the United Kingdom, via South ampton and Brindisi, at 1.20 p.m. ; late letters, 1.40 p.m. For the Continent of Europe, India, China, and the East, Suez, and Mediterranean Ports, at 1.20 p.m, ; late letters, 1.40 p.m. For Otago and Australian Colonies, at 1.30 p.m ; late letters, 1.50 p.m. For money orders, noon. For registtred letters, noon. For posting book packets and newspapers, 12,30 p.m. Late letters for the above mails can be posted in the Guard’s Van, Christchurch Kailway Station, up to 2.30 p.m. train, provided such letters bear, in addition to the full rate of postage, a further single rate of postage as a late fee.
