Passengers—saloon; Mesdames Baldwin and Stevens, Miss Whitcombe, Messrs Pooley, McQuiun, Bramhall, Buckman, Williams, McCowie, and Fulton, Rev and Mrs Tomlinson, and and twenty-seven for Northern ports. Steerage—Mr, Mrs, and Miss Hogan and three children, Miss Mason, Messrs Mason (two), Beven (two), and M. Hind, and twenty for North. CLEARED; March 9—Hopeful, barque, 393 tons, Luly, for Bluff. March 9 - Rotorua, s.s, 576 tons, McFarlane, for Northern ports. March 9 —Arthur Wakefield, schooner, 45 tons, Curran, for Oamaru. SAILED, i March 9 —Cleopatra, schooner, 92 tons, Coulten, for Dunedin. March 9—Beucleuch, schooner, 66 tons, Baker, for Port Chalmers. March 9—Quiver, ketch, 19 tons, Smith, for Leßon’s Bay. The barque Hopeful cleared the Customs for the Bluff this morning, with original cargo from London under bond. The s.s Rotorua arrived at 9 a m this morning from Dunedin. She sails North this afternoon with outward San Francisco mail. ENGLISH SHIPPING. The N ew Zealand Shipping Company have received advice from London, by caMe, of the arrivals of their three first wool ships : The Waitangi, from Lyttelton, passage 90 days. The Waikato, from Wellington, passage 73 days. The Columbus, from Napier, passage 82 days.
