Sinclair, for Sydney, via Wellington and West Coast. February 23—Margaret, ketch, 21 tons, Johnson, for Decanter Bay. The s.s. Wakatipu, from Dunedin, arrived at 10 this morning. She will sail for,Sydney, via Wellington, during the afternoon. The Tararua, s.s., was not signalled when our express left Port this afternoon.
