Steerage: Mr Scott; and 40 for forward ports. Feb 12—Bee, schooner, 51 tons, from Amuri Bluff. Feb 12—Taranaki, s.s, 327 tons, from Northern Ports. Passengers—Saloon: Mesdames Seager, Smith, Hart, Sample, Forbes, Messrs Seager (2), Rev Mr Hodgson, Messrs Scriven, McLean, Tonks, Howland, Stevens, Threlkeld, Buckland, Digby, Delamain. Steerage: Mrs Beech, Messrs McLean, Ashcroft, Stack, Coffey, Land, Thomson. Feb 12—Tui, s.s., 64 tons, Bonner, from Wellington via Kaikouras. Passengers— Miss McCarthy, Messrs Niant and Wright. CLEARED. Feb 12—Margaret, ketch, 21 tons, Johnson, for Little Akaloa. Feb 12—Bee, schooner, 31 tons. Green, for Amuri Bluff. Feb 12—Taranaki, s.s, 327 tons, Andrew, for Dunedin, via Akaroa. Feb 12—Arawata, s.s, 623 tons, UnderWood, for Melbourne, via South. Feb 12 —Tui, s.s, 64 tons, Bonner, for Wellington via Kaikouras. Feb 12—Wanaka, s.s, 287 tons, Malcolm, for Northern ports. The Union Company’s steamers Wanaka, from South, and Taranaki, from North, arrived in harbor this morning. They sail North and South respectively this afternoon. The s.s Arawata, Capt Underwood, arrived at 3.45 a.m from Wellington and Nelson. She sails South during the afternoon. The s.s Tui arrived from Wellington via Kaikouras early this morning. She sails on return trip at six o’clock this evening.
