Saturday, February 10 For "Northern Provinces, per Wellington, at 1.50 p.m. ; late letters, 2.10 p.m; railway station, 2.30 p.m train. Monday, February 12. For Otago, per Taranaki. For Northern Provinces, per Wanaka. Mails per ..arawata will close as under : For the United Kingdom, via Southampton and Brindisi, at 1.30 p.m. ; late letters, 1.50 p.m. For the Continent of Europe, India, China and the Fast, Seuz and Mediteraaneau Ports, &c, &c, at 1 p.m; late letters, 1.20. For Otago and Australian Colonies, at 1.30 p.m; late letters, 1.50 p.m. For money orders, noon. For registered letters, noon. For posting book packets and newspapers, 12.30 p.m. Late letters for the above mails can be posted in the guard’s van, Christchurch Kailway Station, up to 2.30 p.m train, provided such letters bear in addition to the full rate of postage, a further single rate of postage as a late fee, J. J. FITZGIBBON, Chief Postmaster.
