CHRISTCHURCH. Saturday, January 20, [Before G. L. Mellish, Esq, R.M.] Drunk and Disorderly.— Thos, Ward, charged with this offence, was fined 10s. i oseph Kinley was fined 20s. Soliciting Prostitution. —Jessie Thompson was charged with an offence of this nature. As this was the first time accused had been before the Court, his Worship discharged her with a caution. LYTTELTON. Saturday, January 20, [Before W, Donald, Esq., 11. M.] Refusal of Duty. —George Kingsbury, Patrick Sullivan, Jerry Sullivan, and John Biuney, on remand from Friday charged with this offence, were ordered on board.
