Wednesday, January 10. For Otago and Australian Colonies, per Alhambra, at 1.50 p.m. ; late letters, 2.10 p.m. ; railway station, 2,H0 p.m. train. Thursday, January 11. Mails per Rotorua will close as under ; For Sydney, N.S.W., at 1.20 p.m. ; late letters, 1.50 p.m. Letters for other parts of the Australian colonies must be specially addressed. For the United Kingdom, via San Francisco, America,, Sandwich and Fiji Islands, Continent of Europe, Canada, &c., at 1.20 p.m. ; late letters, 1.50 p.m. For the Northern ports of New Zealand, a,t 1.20 p.m. ; late letters, 1.50 p.m. Money orders and registered letters at noon. Lusting newspapers and book packets, 12.30 p.m. Late letters per Rotorua can be posted in the guard’s van, Christchurch Railway station, up to 2.30 p.m. port train, provided such letters bear, in addition to the full postage, a further single rate of postage as a "late fee."
