Thursday, December 21. For Otago, per Wakatipu,at 11.35 a.m ; late letters, 11,55 a.m; railway station, 12.25 p.m. train. Friday, December 22, For Northern Provinces, per Taupo. Saturday, December 23. For Otago and Australian Colonies, per Ringarooma. Monday, 25th instant, being a Post-office holiday, local mails usually despatched on that day will be closed for despatch at 8.30 p.m. on Saturday. The delivery window at Christchurch Post-office wifi. be opened for deliveay of country mails on Saturday from 8 to 9 p.m. Applicants are requested to give their addresses in full. Monday being a Post-office holiday, the Christchurch office will be closed in all branches. J. J. FITZGIBBON, Chief Postmaster.
