Zealandia will close as under : For United Kingdom, via San Francisco and Northern Ports of New Zealand, 9.10 a.m. ; late letters, 9.30 a.m. For America, Fiji, and Sandwich Islands, Continent of Europe, &c, at 9 a.m.; late letters, 9.20 a.m. Posting newspapers and book packets, 8 a.m. For registered letters, 9.10 a.m. For money orders, 9.10 a.m. IMPORTANT. Late letters can be posted in the guard's van. Christchurch railway station, by the 10.30 a.m. Port train, provided such letters bear, in addition to the full postage, a further single rate of postage as a late fee. Friday, December 15. The delivery window, Christchurch Postoffice, will be open from 8 to 9 p.m. for the purpose of delivering correspondence received by country mails. Applicants are requested to give their addressi s in full. All country mails usually closed on Saturday, will be made up for despatch this day, at 8.30 p. m Saturday, December 16.
